Total Account Balance = Available Balance + Reserves
Your Available Balance will be negative when you make a debit card purchase or external withdrawal that exceeds your Available Balance, but not your Total Account Balance as your Reserves hold sufficient funds.
Instead of pulling from the money you've set aside in your Reserves, we adjust your Available Balance only.
To get back to a positive Available Balance you can
- Assign transactions to a Reserve
- Transfer funds from your Reserves into your Available Balance
- Add more money into your account
