Step by Step Instructions to send a Wire to Novo:
- Log in to your Bank of America account online. A wire transfer and the ability to add a recipient will not be available within the mobile app.
- Go to the “Transfer | Zelle” section on the top navigation bar
- Click on “To/from other banks (includes wires)".
- Click on Add Account/Recipient to add your Novo account as the destination of the wire.
- Select Domestic (U.S)
- Select “A business account, mine or someone else’s, at another bank (only transfers to)
- Enter your Novo company name as the Business name.
- Enter your business address as the Street address.
- Enter in Novo’s Routing (ABA) Number 211370150. It is important to note that it will show up as “Middlesex Fed. Savings FA.”
- Enter your Novo account number. You account number can be found in the "Account" section of the Novo app.
- Select Business Checking as your account type.
- If you are asked to verify your identify, follow the multi-authenticator process via text message verification.
- Click on "Add account".
- Once you are set up with Novo as a recipient, go back to the “Make Transfer” section.
- Enter the appropriate information in the following fields:
- Wire from → The respective Bank of America Account
- Wire to → Your Novo account (we recommend $5,000+)
- The amount
- Frequency - One time, immediately
- Description - We recommend “Novo Account Funding”
Hit "Continue" and see your money hit your Novo account shortly!
