This typically happens when:
- The external bank connection was reset. Some banks do this monthly and others do it yearly to keep all accounts safe. To clear the error, you will simply need to re-authenticate your bank information.
- Your external bank password or other login information has changed. If you change the password at that bank, it requires a new successful login to re-connect.
