How do I link an external bank account to my Novo account?

To link an external bank account to your Novo account using the Novo Mobile App:

  1. Log in to your Novo account
  2. Click on the ‘Account’ tab
  3. Click on ‘Settings’
  4. Select ‘Linked accounts’, and select ‘Add Account’
  5. Search for your external financial institution, then you will be prompted to enter your external account’s login information. 

To link an external bank account to your Novo account using the Novo Web App:

  1. Log in to your Novo account
  2. Click on the ‘Make a Deposit’ tab
  3. Click on ‘Add Account’
  4. Search for your external financial institution, then you will be prompted to enter your external account’s login information.
