The Novo team is available to support disputed transactions. However, with the deactivation of all black Novo debit cards starting with 5146- on June 30, 2023, we will only be assisting with dispute filing on transactions from these cards until June 30. After June 30 all disputes have to be filed directly with the processor by calling the phone number noted on the back of your card.
Transactions on a white Novo debit card or the Novo Virtual Card can be disputed directly from your account’s Activity tab.
