If your Novo checking account does not have sufficient funds to cover your Monthly Minimum Amount Due, the payment will be identified as “incomplete”. As a convenience, Novo will initiate a transfer request from your connected external accounts with the highest balances to cover the remaining amount. This process may take up to 3 banking days to complete, during which time you will not be able to access your Available Funding Limit. In the future, make sure you have sufficient funds available in your Novo checking account to avoid this interruption.
