If your Novo checking account doesn’t have enough to cover your Monthly Minimum Amount Due, your monthly transfer to Novo Funding will be marked as incomplete.
Novo will automatically try to pull the remaining amount from your connected external business accounts—starting with the one that has the highest balance. We’ll do this once every 7 days until the full transfer amount goes through.
Heads up: This transfer can take up to 3 business days. During that time, your Available Funding Limit will be paused.
To avoid any hiccups, try to keep enough in your Novo account before your monthly transfer is due.
