At this time, Novo is unable to cancel a mobile check deposit that is in process. However, you can wait until the funds are deposited, and then transfer them out as needed.
To transfer funds following a mobile check deposit, consider these options:
Mobile App
- Log into the Novo mobile app
- Click on Dashboard and select ‘Send Money’ or alternatively, click on ‘Move Money’ and choose ‘Make a U.S. Payment’. Both options will lead you to the ‘Select Payee’ screen.
- From here, you could either choose to select from recent payees or click on ‘Add Payee.’
- To add a new payee, choose a ‘Payment Method’ on the next screen
- On the next screen, choose the delivery speed. Enter the amount and click on ‘Review Payment’
- On the next screen, please note the Estimated Arrival of funds and add a note/message for payee, if required
- Slide on ‘Slide to Transfer’
- Confirm the transaction with your password/biometrics set
Web App
- Log into the Novo web application
- From the left panel, go to Dashboard and select ‘Send Money’ or alternatively, click ‘Make a payment’ and choose ‘Make a U.S. Payment.’ Both options will lead you to the ‘Choose a Payee’ screen.
- From here, you could either choose to select from recent payees or click ‘Add New Payee.’
- If you wish to send payment to your own account, click ‘Link Account’ to add your external account details
- To add a new payee, either send an email request for their payment details or enter their payment information directly
- On the next screen, choose the delivery speed. Enter the amount and review the payment details
- On the next screen, please note the Estimated Arrival of funds and add a note if required
- Confirm the transaction with your password
