Initiating an ACH Pull allows you to pull funds from an external account directly into your Novo account. Please note that your transaction limits set for your account apply and the transfer can take 2-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.
You can initiate this transfer using the following steps:
Mobile App
- Log into the Novo mobile app and click on Dashboard
- Click on Add Money
- Enter your transaction amount
- Click on ‘Review Deposit’
- Choose from your preferred linked accounts, or choose to add a new account and follow the prompts
- Slide on ‘Slide to Transfer’
- Confirm the transaction with your password/biometrics set

You can also follow these steps to initiate an ACH Pull -
- Select ‘Money Move’ Tab
- Click on ‘Make a Deposit’ under Add money
- Enter your transaction amount
- Click on ‘Review Deposit’
- Choose from your preferred linked accounts, or choose to add a new account and follow the prompts
- Slide on ‘Slide to Transfer’
- Confirm the transaction with your password/biometrics set
Web App
- Log into the Novo web application
- From the Dashboard, select Add Money
- Enter your transaction amount
- Click on ‘Review Deposit’
- Choose from your preferred linked accounts, or choose to add a new account and follow the prompts
- Confirm the transaction with your password
Alternatively, you can also follow these steps to initiate an ACH Pull -
- Select ‘Make a Deposit’ option from the left panel
- Click on ‘Make a Deposit’ under Add money
- Enter your transaction amount
- Click on ‘Review Deposit’
- Choose from your preferred linked accounts, or choose to add a new account and follow the prompts
- Confirm the transaction with your password
