I can't upload upload my ID to continue with the application

You can upload your photo ID in two ways: directly through the app or from your photo library.

If taking a photo within the Novo app is challenging, try taking a photo with your phone's camera outside the app and select the upload option. For photos in your library that are too large, either resize them or take a direct photo using the Novo app.
