To proceed with the application, please navigate to the original invite email you received from the Novo account holder. The email subject would say "X invited you to join their Novo account"
In that email, you must click the "Get Started" button and set up a password.
If you had already set up a password but did not complete the application, then you will need to log in to continue. Please input your email that received the invite and your newly created password.
If you have forgotten your password, that's alright, you can input your email address, and then select "forgot password" Then you will go through the steps to create a new one. Then, once you input your email and password correctly in the log-in screen, you will be directed back to the add user application.
You will be prompted to provide the following details to proceed:
Personal Info
- Legal Name
- Citizenship
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
Contact Details
- Mobile Phone Number
- Personal Address
Identity Verification
- Driver’s License or Passport
Once you upload your ID Verification and submit the application, it will be under review by our team. This can take a few business days, but we will send a follow-up email confirming the final decision. If approved, you will then be able to use your login credentials to access the Novo account.
