To update the ownership information that Novo has on file to include a new UBO, follow these steps:
1. Go to Account Info > Business Ownership Info.
2. Click on Manage Owner, which will take you to the 'Update your Ownership Info' page.
3. Select 'Add Another Owner'. If this option isn’t available, adjust the existing ownership percentages to ensure the total is less than 100%.
4. Enter the new UBO’s full details, including their name, address, date of birth, and ownership percentage.
5. Upload the required documentation, such as a passport, driver’s license, or state ID and submit your request.
Your request will be marked as 'In review.' You can locate this status under the Business Ownership Info section, where the new UBO section will display 'In review.' Once the review is complete, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the approval status. You can also check the status of your request from your dashboard.
