After you submit a request to add or edit UBO information, the new or updated UBO will be marked as 'In review.' You can view this status in the 'Business Ownership Info' section. If any additional information is required, we may reach out to you. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the changes will be reflected in your account.
If you wish to cancel the request, simply click on the 'In review' status and select 'Cancel updates.' Please note that you cannot submit a new request for changes until the current one has been completed. To ensure the process goes smoothly, remember to add new UBOs separately rather than editing existing ones, keeping records clear and organised.
