To cancel an ACH push, locate the transaction in your recent history. Select the transaction and then choose “cancel transfer.” A pop-up will appear prompting you to confirm that you do indeed want to cancel the transaction. Once that option is selected, you will see a notice that the transfer has been canceled successfully.
If you do not have the option to cancel your ACH push, the transaction is already in progress. Please reach out to support through the web portal or through your mobile app for any remaining options to recall the transaction if possible.
