If your application has been submitted:
- Log in using the same credentials you used to submit the application. Once logged in, you will be taken to the post-submission page.
- Select the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Cancel Application'.
- Confirm your cancellation.
If your application has not been submitted, you will need to contact us through one of the following methods to request cancelation:
- Reply directly to the application email and request closure.
- Reach out to support@ovo.co
Following these steps will ensure your application is canceled.
