You can edit a scheduled invoice any time before the scheduled send date. You can edit any part of the scheduled invoice, including the send date. To edit a scheduled invoice, follow these steps:
Mobile App
- Go to "More" at the bottom right of the screen
- Click "Invoices"
- Select the scheduled invoice
- Click “Edit Invoice” at the bottom of the screen
- Make the necessary changes
- Click “Preview” to review the invoice
- Click “Save Changes’
Web App
- Click on the "Invoices" tab
- Select the scheduled invoice
- Click “Edit Invoice” in the top right corner
- Make the necessary changes
- Click “Save Changes”
