Eligible account holders can send domestic wire transfers from the Mobile or Web App by following the instructions below.
On the Mobile App:
- Under the ‘Move Money’ tab, select ‘Make a U.S. Payment’.
- Select an existing Payee or add a new Payee
- Under “Wire Transfer”, select the appropriate account
- Select “Send a wire transfer” to continue
- Enter the amount, confirm the payment source, and select “Review transaction”
- Review your payee’s details, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and Slide to Transfer”
- Enter the security code and select “Confirm”
- Select “Done”
On the Web App:
- From the left panel, select ‘Send Money’
- Select 'Make a U.S. payment'
- Select an existing Payee or add a Payee
- Under 'Wire Transfer', select the appropriate account
- Select “Next”
- Select “Send a wire transfer” to continue
- Enter the amount, confirm the payment source, and select “Review Payment”
- Review your wire transfer, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and select “Submit”
- Enter the security code and select “Confirm”
- Select “Done”
