How do I change my PIN?

Follow these instructions to change your PIN:

1. Log into the Novo account Dashboard and go to the 'Accounts' tab, then select 'Cards'.
2. Select the Novo debit card that you are resetting the PIN for. 
3. Click on ‘Change PIN’ and follow the instructions to verify your identity. 
4. Type in the new PIN and confirm it.
