Your card must be activated and used for at least one purchase within the US before a Travel Notice can be placed. Once you have used your debit card, you can submit the notice within the Novo App. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance.
In the Mobile App, click Account > Debit Cards > Novo Card > Travel Notice. In the Web App, click Debit Cards > Physical Card > + Create Travel Notice. Then you'll enter the relevant dates and destinations so that your card will not be declined while overseas.
