Please notify us promptly if any person with a right to withdraw funds from your account(s) is deceased or adjudicated incompetent (determined by a certified official).
Remove this user from the account to keep your account safe by:
1. If on a browser, go to "Account Info" > "Users" > Click on the delete button next to the user.
2. If on a mobile app, go to "Account" > "Settings" > "Users" > Click on the user > Click the delete icon in the top right corner.
You will be asked for the reason you are trying to remove the user and then will agree to a disclosure. Once you do that, the user will be removed from the account with an email sent to you and the user confirming this removal.
