Yes, you may have one person to act in a fiduciary capacity for the business, and they may be added to your Novo account. Once your account is opened you can add your fiduciary to your account as an additional user.
In order to prevent any instance of fraud, please be sure your fiduciary is named as a trustee under a written trust agreement, or as an executor, administrator, or conservator under court order. A fiduciary is someone who is appointed to act on behalf of and for the benefit of another.
