Yes! You can connect your Novo and Capital One accounts.
To connect an external account with Plaid, our third-party service that connects financial services, simply click on the ‘Link Account’ button on the ‘Dashboard’ screen in the Novo app.
You can select Capital One as the external bank to connect to and you will then be redirected to their website or app to login and complete the necessary authentication.
After you sign into your Capital One account, you will be directed to a "Select Accounts to Share" screen. Please confirm the account you would like to share by selecting the checkbox and any of the following permissions for your account connection:
- Share account holder names
- Share account number and routing number
Once you have your accounts linked, you should see micro-deposits to verify the account before officially linking. When this has completed, it’ll be easy to transfer funds into your Novo account.
