You can generate a bank letter for your account within the Novo app! Make sure you've downloaded the most recent version of the mobile app, then navigate to the 'Account' tab and select 'Settings'. From here, you'll select 'Bank Letter'.
In the web app, you'll navigate to the 'Account Info' tab and select 'Bank Letter' in the top right. This will generate a PDF that can be used for account verification, such as setting up direct deposits.
