Generally speaking, Novo does not close accounts for inactivity.
However, if your account has previous transaction history and is then brought to a zero balance for over 130 days, our system may automatically close this account. Remember, there are no minimum balance fees with Novo. If you'd like to keep your account open for a future business venture, we recommend keeping a small amount of funds in it to prevent this type of closure. If your balance is zero at the end of each day for 130 days, our system may automatically close the account.
