If your debit card has been lost or stolen, you can easily request a new card through the Novo App. Simply follow these steps:
1. In the Novo app, go to the 'More' tab
2. Select 'Cards'
3. Select 'Replace your debit card'
4. Choose the reason you are requesting a replacement card.
That's it! If your card was lost, or stolen, we will freeze your current card to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
