If your card has been lost or stolen, please reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible through the Novo mobile app, under 'Support', from Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm EST.
To report your debit card as lost or stolen on weekends, holidays, or after hours, please call our hotline. Be prepared with your Novo account number (located within the Novo app). Also, when making this call, you will need to mention that you have a checking account with Middlesex Federal Savings, the affiliate of Novo.
Once you report your card lost or stolen, you will need to order a new card in your Novo mobile App. Once you sign in, please go to Account > Novo Card > Order or replace your card. From there, you will be able to select your preferred shipping address for the order.
