If your debit card has been lost or stolen, you can easily request a new card through the Novo App. Simply follow these steps:
1. In the Novo app, go to the "Account" tab
2. Select "Cards"
3. Select "Replace your debit card"
4. Choose the reason you are requesting a replacement card.
That's it! If your card was lost, stolen or compromised we will freeze your current card to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
