To connect your Novo account:
- Open the Venmo app and select the three horizontal lines at the top right of your screen and select ‘Settings’
- Under ‘Preferences’ select ‘Payment Methods’
- Select ‘Add bank or card…’
- For this next step, we suggest you add your bank rather than your Novo debit card in order to avoid a 3% fee
- Lastly, choose your bank verification. You can either search for Novo by selecting ‘Instant Verification’ and logging into your Novo app or select ‘Manual Verification’ and enter your account and routing number (both can be found under Settings in the Novo app)
