You can deposit money orders or cashier's checks directly from within the Novo app using our mobile deposit feature. This process will be the same as a regular check deposit. Just click on 'Move Money' and then 'Deposit a Check.' Note that you must use the mobile app to make this deposit. This feature is not currently available on our web app.
Please note that our check limits are:

Check deposit limit per day- $20,000

Check deposit limit per month- $40,000
If you would like to deposit a check or money order that is over this limit, please contact support through the Novo app and we'll be happy to help increase your check deposit limit. In this request, please include the exact amount of the check as well as the reasoning or source of the check.
Note that all check deposits, money orders, and cashier's checks will be placed on a standard 5 business day hold.
Please note that currently, Novo does not accept mobile deposits for MoneyGram money orders.
