Take a photo of your ID
- Make sure you have good lighting
- All 4 corners are visible
- We will not accept scanned or photocopied IDs
- Make sure you are using the ID that was used on your application
Take a photo of yourself
- Make sure you have good lighting
- Make sure your face is fully visible - hats and sunglasses off
If we are unable to verify your identity you may be asked some additional questions by our team to confirm your identity. Unfortunately, your account will be unable to accept checks until your identity has been verified.
