You can submit a request to reverse an unauthorized ACH, follow the steps below:
-Log into the Novo App
-Click/tap on the 'Activity' or 'Recent' Transactions screens
-Find the unauthorized ACH withdrawal and click/tap on the transaction to get to the Transaction Details screen.
-Select “Report an Unauthorized Debit"
From here you'll be asked a series of questions/requests in order for us to gather information for the report.
Finally, select 'Submit Report.'
Keep in mind that you can only submit the form to reverse an authorized ACH if the transaction happens within 60 days of being posted to your account. If the transaction is older than 60 days we are not able to reverse it.
