You can locate the Stripe perk in the Novo Card section of the Account tab of the Novo app. From there, follow the directions on the app to gain access to the Stripe perk.
Please note that this perk is offered directly by Stripe, and they must receive your application for the perk by using the special link that we provide in the Stripe perk section of the Novo app. You’ll be provided with the terms and conditions for the perk when you access the perk link.
Once Stripe receives your application for this perk, their team may reach out with additional questions and may take upwards of a week to process your application.
While Novo provides exclusive access to the perk to our users, Stripe makes the decision in their sole discretion as to whether a user meets their eligibility requirements for the perk. Novo is not involved in this process once you’ve submitted your application to Stripe, and Novo cannot override Stripe’s decision or determine eligibility for this perk if Stripe confirms that your account is not eligible per the terms that are listed within the Novo app. Please contact Stripe with any additional questions about this perk application process.
