All of our customers have the ability to download their data as a CSV file. Once downloaded, the CSV files can be uploaded to your bookkeeping software. Please note that the files cannot be uploaded if you are using QuickBooks, please see this link for further instructions.
This feature is available on the Novo Web App and Novo App and it can be found by clicking on the “Activity” Tab, then clicking on Download to CSV top right corner.
You can either download all activity right away or, by using filters, you could also download selected transactions as well.
