Getting Paid with Novo is Quick and Easy
Creating an invoice and getting paid through Novo is fast and hassle-free! Here’s all you need to send an invoice:
- Recipient Details – Name and email address
- Invoice Number – To keep things organized
- Line Items – What you’re billing them for (at least one item)
- Due Date – When the payment is expected
- Payment Method – Use your default settings or customize them for each customer. You can choose which payment methods to accept.

How to Create an Invoice (Mobile App):
- Go to "More" in the bottom right corner → Click “Invoices” → Select “New Invoice”
OR - Tap “Move Money” at the bottom of the screen → Select “Send an Invoice” under the "Add Money" section → Click “New Invoice”
How to Create an Invoice (Web App):
- Click on the “Invoices” tab.
- Select “New Invoice” in the top right corner.
Finishing Up:
- Once you’ve filled everything out, you can select "Email me a copy of this invoice" to keep a record.
- Hit “Preview” to double-check the details before sending.
- If everything looks good, just hit “Send” — we’ll take care of the rest and email the invoice directly to your customer.
- Not ready to send? No problem — save it as a draft or schedule it to send automatically on a future date.
- Need to send a similar invoice? Just hit “Duplicate” to create an editable copy of a past invoice in seconds.
