If your address is showing as "undeliverable" in the application, this may be because your address is not found in the USPS database.
We use USPS for address verification. If your address is showing as undeliverable, we suggest contacting the USPS Address Management Systems office to let them know that your street number, street name, apartment or suite number, and City, State, and ZIP Code are not listed in our national database correctly.
You may contact your local AMS office, using the following link:

We can override this, as long as you'll be able to provide proof of address for this. Novo currently accepts the following documents to verify your address:
-Full Lease Agreements (Dated within the last 30 days)
-Utility Bills (Dated within the last 30 days)
-Phone Bills (Dated within the last 30 days)
-Credit Card Statements (Dated within the last 30 days)
-Bank Statements (Dated within the last 30 days)
Unfortunately, Novo is not able to accept IRS or tax documents as valid proof of address.
If you have a valid proof of address to fulfill this requirement, you may enter an alternate address in the USPS section of the application to bypass this step.
Once you e-sign and submit the application, please contact us and provide the proof of address, and we will follow up with the next steps.
