What is the self-service flow?
After entering your Novo login credentials, you will receive an authentication code in an SMS text message sent automatically to your phone. You’ll then enter the code in order to access your account.
If you didn’t receive a text message code, please select ‘Didn’t get a code’ on the screen to receive a code via email. Please note that in order to receive a code via email, we will require two security questions to be answered for your account protection.
Device authentication will be required:
- Every 30 days
- When you log into your account on a new device
- When you manually log out of your account and log back in
- When you log in after changing your password
