When a payment is made with a debit or credit card, Stripe processes that payment. Once the payment has been fully processed and any processing fees have been deducted, the funds are then sent to your Novo account. Please note all processing fees come from Stripe, and Novo does not charge any fees for these transactions.
To receive funds, Stripe will need to be able to make payouts to your Novo account. To confirm that your payments are being directed to the correct bank account, please log into your Stripe account and review your settings.
You can view a list of all your payouts and the date that they are expected to be received in your Novo account by logging into your Stripe dashboard.
