How do I update the EIN on my account?

To update the EIN on your account, please submit your request in the Novo web app:

1. Click on Account Info

2. Click on edit under the Business information section

3. Select EIN

Please provide the new EIN and follow the workflow to upload the necessary EIN documentation:
- You will need to provide:
  - Your EIN certificate from the IRS.
  - A photo of your government-issued photo ID and a selfie for identity verification (Steps Here)
