How do I update the EIN on my account?

To update the EIN on your account, please submit your request in the Novo web app: 

1. Click on Account Info

2. Click on edit under the Business information section

3. Select EIN

  • Please provide the new EIN and follow the workflow to upload the necessary EIN documentation:
    • You will need to provide:
      • Your EIN certificate from the IRS. 
      • A photo of your government-issued photo ID and a selfie for identity verification (Steps Here)
