How do I update the business name and type on my account?

To update the Business name and/or type associated with your account, please submit your request in the Novo web app: 

1. Click on Account Info

2. Click on edit under the Business information section

3. Select Business name and type

  • From here, you can follow the workflow to update the business name and/or type and provide the required supporting documentation. Select from the following options and follow the instructions provided:
    • Business Name
    • Business Name and Business Type
    • Business Name and EIN
    • Business Name, Business Type and EIN
