To update the Legal Business Name (not a DBA) and Type on your account, please reach out to our Support team.
- Log into your Novo Mobile app.
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Click the Support button.
- Select Support Tickets.
- In the top right-hand corner, click the notepad and pencil icon.
With your message, be sure to provide the Secretary of State documents (Articles of Organization, Signed Operating Agreement, etc.). And if the EIN is different from what was provided on your Novo application, please also provide the EIN certificate from the IRS.
Our team will then send you a Business Entity Change Form and W-9 to be completed and signed.
To attach a photo or document to a support thread, you will click the paperclip icon that is next to the message box at the bottom of your screen. To attach a photo, you will need to make sure that you have allowed access to your camera and photos for Novo. Once you have allowed the Novo app access to your camera or photo library, you can select a photo or document you would like to upload.
If you have previously disabled access to your camera or photos for the Novo app, please navigate to the 'Settings' tab of your phone and scroll down to the Novo app section. From here, you can select to allow Novo access to your camera.
