To update your personal name on your account, you will need to provide the official name change documentation, such as a legal court order or marriage certificate. Note that a driver’s license or passport is not valid for this request. Our team will then send you a W-9 to be completed and signed.
To attach a photo or document to a support thread, you will click the paperclip icon that is next to the message box at the bottom of your screen. To attach a photo, you will need to make sure that you have allowed access to your camera and photos for Novo. Once you have allowed the Novo app access to your camera or photo library, you can select a photo or document you would like to upload.
If you have previously disabled access to your camera or photos for the Novo app, please navigate to the 'Settings' tab of your phone and scroll down to the Novo app section. From here, you can select to allow Novo access to your camera.
