You can place a request to remove your additional user from the account through the Novo app. To begin the process, please go to Account > Settings > Users > and select your partner's name and proceed to remove the user.
Once the request is submitted, your partner will receive an email notification about their removal from the account. Their account access will be terminated, and their cards will be deactivated. This action is irreversible, meaning that once completed, it cannot be undone.
