If you are seeing multiple transactions associated with one Stripe payout on your recent transactions, this may be due to a delayed transaction when using our Boost feature.
Novo Boost allows you early access to your Stripe payout and this happens in three parts.
First, you initiate a transfer from Stripe, and once Novo receives that message, Novo Boost deposits funds into your account.
In 2-3 business days, the Stripe transfer settles into your Novo account.
Once the Stripe transfer is recorded in your account, the Boost deposit is reversed.
In most cases, you will only see one transfer in your transaction history -- the Novo Boost payment. If the Stripe deposit is delayed for any reason, you may see all three transactions associated with the transfer. For specifics on why this may have happened on your account, please contact our support team to learn more.
When you review your monthly statement however, you will always see all three transactions associated with the Stripe payout if you are utilizing Boost. You will see a Boost deposit, a Stripe deposit, and a Boost reversal for each Stripe transfer.
