Yes, all fees associated with the original transaction will be returned to your account as a separate transaction.
Please note that if you wish to cancel a transaction, you will need to do so before the cut-off time. Once a transaction has been processed, we are unable to recover the funds. You will need to contact the recipient to request a return of the funds. Learn more about cut-off times here.
- Please be aware that only ACH transfers within the US are permitted. Novo will not be held fully or partially liable for any loss in the event that you attempt an international ACH transaction and said transaction is unsuccessful.
