What happens if I get my recipient's details wrong?

In the event you input the incorrect account number and the payment has been processed by Novo, the funds will be attempted to be paid, but this may lead to a delay since the funds will likely be returned to us. We will do our best to help you locate the funds and inform you if the funds get returned.
