How Do I Adjust My Account Limits?

Adjusting your account limits is easily done from within the Novo app or on the Novo website. You can adjust your bank transfer, paper check, and check deposit limits in a few clicks. Currently, we do not offer limit changes for ACH pulls into your Novo account, daily debit card spending, or daily ATM withdrawals.

In the Novo Mobile App:

• Click on the More tab
• Click on Settings (the gear icon)
• Select Transfer Limits 

On the Novo website:

• Click on Account Info on the sidebar
• Scroll down the page to view Transfer Limits
• Select one of Bank Transfer, Mailed Check, or Check Deposit and request a limit change
