Adjusting your account limits is easily done from within the Novo app or on the Novo website. You can adjust your bank transfer, paper check, and check deposit limits in a few clicks. Currently, we do not offer limit changes for ACH pulls into your Novo account, daily debit card spending, or daily ATM withdrawals.
In the Novo Mobile App:
- Click on the More tab
- Click on Settings (the gear icon)
- Select Transfer Limits
On the Novo website:
- Click on Account Info on the sidebar
- Scroll down the page to view Transfer Limits
- Select one of Bank Transfer, Mailed Check, or Check Deposit and request a limit change
