How do I transfer funds to and from a Reserve?

You can transfer funds between Reserves and Available Balance instantly.

1. Log into your account using the Novo App
2. Select My Apps
3. Click on Reserves 
4. Click on Transfer Funds
5. Add the amount, then select from (Available Balance, Reserves)
6. Select where you would like to send money to 

Please note that the amount cannot be higher than the balance of the Source Reserve.

Additionally, please note that transfers to or from a Reserve will not reflect in your account's activity, nor on your monthly statements. Transfers to and from Reserves simply re-allocate funds within your Novo account balance, and do not reflect funds entering or leaving your Novo checking account.
