How do I make a payment from a Reserve?

You can make the following types of payments directly from a Reserve’s balance:

1. ACH push
2. Mailed checks
3. Wise transfers

While making a payment, you will be prompted to “Send money from” a source, which includes Available Balance and any active Reserves.

If a payment transfer is greater than that Reserve’s balance but less than the total balance of your account, you will be prompted to transfer funds from another Reserve (or your Available Balance) prior to making the payment

When a payment made from a Reserve successfully posts as a transaction, it will automatically be allocated to that Reserve.

Please note that pending payments will not be visible until they post successfully. However, the amount of the pending payment is placed on hold within the Reserve balance, and that amount cannot be transferred out of the Reserve or spent as another payment.
