You can review your transaction history on both Novo mobile and web app. Please go to the Activity tab and select the transaction you want to review.
You'll be able to see the amount, payee/payer, the debit card that was used (if it's a POS purchase), and the transaction ID #.
You can also add notes, categorize the transaction, and attach invoices/receipts. However, notes, invoices, and receipts can only be attached to transactions that occur on your Novo account and not the transactions that occurred on an externally linked account.
