You can update your email address using the Novo iOS or Android app in the "Account" section within the Novo app. Click on "Settings," and then "Personal Information." From there, you can change and verify your email address.
To update your email from the web, go to "Account Info" to change and verify your email address.
Please note: when updating your email, be sure to use an email address that has not been used with Novo for any reason (application, additional user, previous account, etc.). Using a previously registered email will negatively impact many areas of the Novo experience.
