How do I set up automatic payments?

At this time, automatic payments can only be made from your Novo Checking account.

To set up AutoPay in the Web or Mobile app:

1. Navigate to the Credit Cards section.
2. Go to Credit Card Balances and select 'AutoPay is off'.
3. Enable AutoPay.
4. Choose the amount.
5. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
6. Select Save.

AutoPay is now turned on! You can edit your AutoPay settings at any time, except between 11 PM and 1 AM ET, when payments are being processed.
